Acronis Home 2009 Snapshot Error 0x70021

Hello,

I have since some time the problem in Acronis, by start a backup task.
The Error Message like this:
Details:| Snapshot vom Volumen kann nicht erstellt werden (0x70021)| Tag=0x2CBDD167CBCA9580| Aufzählung der geöffneten Dateien...

In English...

Details:| Can not create a Snapshot from Volume (0x70021)| Tag=0x2CBDD167CBCA9580| numeration of open files...

I don't have install an other software on my VISTA PC!

Please help!

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

File system errors on the source hard drive can cause the issue. Could you please check the disk for errors?

- Go to the Command Prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)
- Enter the command: "chkdsk DISK: /r"
where DISK is the partition letter you need to check. Please note, that
checking the C: drive may require you to reboot the machine.

If this doesn't help, please install SnapAPI380 update (Download Acronis driver update) available here, reboot the computer to complete the changes and see if the issue remains.
