One of the problems is the the Files & Folders backup works,
but the last modification date of restored files is not preserved.

Restored files get the modification date of the restore time,
this is not acceptable as the original date is a very important
information.

I upgraded to TI9 because of the Files & Folder backup feature
but i cannot use it this way.

So no error message in this case.

Of course i'm getting also the 'failed' message if i try
to build an image using the boot CD at the end.
