    Hi,
I've run into the problem to create some backups for SQL by Acronis:

    1. I installed Acronis for SQL for server.
    2. Create backup Plan for all SQL databases on server ( 25 databases)
    3. Run these tasks ( full backup- once a week , differential backup- daily and Incremental trans. Log Backup-daily) - NO PROBLEM. no errors
    4. Next two days I got errors that backup ( differential and incremental can not be created for one of 25 databases )
    5. When I run full backup manualy - it was fine, no errors, when run increm or diff - the same error.

here is error message from mail notification agent:

hope it'll helps to get the answer, Thanks / Nico

    Hello Nico157 and jeremyotten,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server.

We are sorry for delayed response.

Could you please collect some information to let us investigate the problem thoroughly?

Please collect the logs from the following locations:

    1. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\FomatikAgent\Logs (Agent logs) - should be collected from the machine where Acronis Recovery Agent is installed.

    2. C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\LOG (MS SQL Server native logs) - collected from the machine where Acronis Recovery Agent is installed.

    3. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TasksService\Logs - collected from the machine where Acronis Recovery Agent is installed.

    Please also clarify the following:
What database type do you have?
Was the database offline at the time of backup?

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
