Acronis Error 14 & Error 70

    I am attempting a full backup to external drive using Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server w/ Universal Restore Build 8,076 on a Win Small Biz Server 2003.

    Backups keep failing based on:

    Error 14: Missing expression after '.'.
    &
    Error 70: File or folder 'ramdisk.dat' not found.

    If I need to get an updated "ramdisk" file, what is the process? Some help on this would be appreciated.

    Please download and install the latest build (8163) of both Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server and Acronis Universal Restore. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Please make sure to update all installed components, as they need to be the same build in order to interact properly. It's recommended to remove the previous installation first.
