acronis does'nt recognizing network adapter

i made acronis bootable cd,i insert him to the cd-rom and he dosent recognizing the network adapter so i cant do a recovery from network folder.

someone can help me plz?

Are you referring to True Image (TI)? This is the Disk Director forum. The thread can be moved if necessary.

What version and build are you using?

Usually, when the hardware isn't correctly supported it's because the drivers are missing. You might try contacting Acronis Support (try Live Chat first) and seeing if they can provide you with a custom build that supports your hardware.
