Acronis doesn't get any IP form DHCP (Snap Deploy)

Hello everybody

I created an Acronis Snap Deploy server, and configured DHCP and PXE server. It runs, but I have a problem.

When I boot on PXE, Acronis starts, and I can launch Snap Deploy Console or Master Image Creator. But both of theses don't get any IP from DHCP. But my DHCP runs, because I receive an IP address when I boot on PXE...

It's a little bit boring, because I always have to set an IP address manually..

Please help !

(I Use Acronis Snap Deploy 2.0, and the DHCP Server is the one which is integrated with Windows 2003 Server)

Can you answer this question? I'm having the same issue with my setup. The machine get's an IP, boots via PXE and then when the client finally loads all I have is a 169 auto configured IP in my stack. Help

 

i had the same problem but i found a workaround :
add the dhcp option number 67 : load file at boot (it's in your dhcp config mmc)
the path is something like :
"c:\program files\common files\acronis\pxe server\bootwiz.sys"
