Acronis cannot lock drive

When trying to use Acronis True Image Echo Workstation (latest build) in either BartPE or WinPE I get a error everytime I try to restore a image. It basically is trying to lock drive x: (where BartPE and/or WinPE are installed). Now I will click okay about 3 or 4 times and the error goes away. Does anyone know how to resolve this? This does not happen with Acronis True Image Home 10 (latest build).

Are you able to use Acronis Booting Rescue Media for the recovery purposes? Also, to give the issue a closer investigation could you please provide us with Acronis report? You can send it as a private message.

Please download Acronis Report utility available here and run it, create a report and send it to us. Please compress the Acronis Report output file into an archive (e.g. with WinZip).

This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.
