Acronis Account Disabled

    Hi:

    I recently abandoned Norton Ghost 10 (a real problem application) and purchased TI11 (which works like a dream!). Soon after, I received an e-mail offering an upgrade to TI 2009. However, when I go to log on to my account it bombs and says the "account is disabled". I raised the issue over a week ago with on-line support [Acronis #1739359] and followed it up soon after with some additional information [Acronis #1739340]. There has been no reply in over a week and so I raised another request yesterday [Acronis #1756666] with further information that may help solve the problem. There is still no reply and my account is still disabled. Can anyone here help get the problem resolved?

    Arcronis_Support answers 14-20 days after your posting.

    And:
    If you are content with Ti11 please stay on it.

    Please read the Ti2009-Threads here in the meantime...

    In some month you can download the last Ti2009-Trial-version to evaluate and decide....
