Acronis 9.1 email notification setup

    Is there some secret to the setting up of the option for email notication? I put in all the right info and it keeps telling me, the settings are wrong. But the settings are right, I use the same smtp server in a working email account on this same server.:oops:
    What am I missing?
    This is Acronis 9.1 for Windows Server on a 2003 Stanard server. Maybe a port setting?

    Thank you for using Acronis Server Disk Backup software

    Please make sure that your SMTP server doesn't require any type of encryption (including SSL), as Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows can't work eith such SMTP servers.

    If the issue still persists even if using SMTP server without encryption, please submit a request for technical support with the details and the link to this thread. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
