Access to server denied

    I am trying to update NOD32 and this message show up. Any idea if there is a problem with NOD server.

    It is nor my server, because I can update TrojaHunter no problem!.

    ESET is aware of the problem and is working to correct the problem as we speak. I just spoke with tech support and they advised me that they have people looking at the server as we speak.

    Many thanks radicalb21 for the answer.

    I have seen in the other threads that some people have solved their problem by re-installing NOD32. I think I will wait a bit. :)

    Work here now. I could finally updated 5 minutes ago. :D

    Alot of people have uninstalled and then reinstalled the product. But make sure you delete the folder NOD32 is in by default it is ESET. Some other people have just reinstalled over top of what was already on there system.
