I'm downloading the trial version right now it reckons it's a 665MB file.
I would have expected Workstation to be not much more that 154MB

The download text is definitely correct when it says one big package. o_O

    Hello bodgy and DwnNdrty

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Workstation

Actually, we have one big installation package for all versions of our programs. It's a single file, which just unlocks necessary software component according to serial numbers from License Server. That's why this package is so large.

Someone may find this inconvenient - download takes a time to complete. But generally it will help our customers to avoid confusion regarding files to download for installation...

    Thank you for understanding!

Your upgrade process for ABR10 is butal. Your download and install process is a giant mess. Download every component when you've only bought a few; get a bunch of msi files with no overall installion program; no docs or instructions. Yes you have the web installer, but it has no knowledge of the files you downloaded and downloades them again.

Please fix this for your customers. Surely you don't get this mess if you buy a copy with media?

    Thanks,

    Chuck
