Our records indicate that you have registered or purchased an Ontrack® software product that is affected by a sales transaction between Kroll Ontrack and V Communications Inc. Effective October 1, 2002, V Communications Inc. (www.v-com.com) has purchased and will assume full responsibility for sales, support and service of the following products worldwide:

Fix-It Utilities™ 4.0
PowerDeskPRO® 5
Internet Cleanup™ 2.0
Easy Uninstall™ 2.0

In accordance with International consumer privacy laws, this letter is intended to provide you with notice of the transaction between Kroll Ontrack and V-Communications and to seek your consent to the transfer of your product history data to V Communications, so that they may continue to provide you with technical support for the product you own. Please provide consent to the transfer of your information to VCOM by submitting this form no later than October 11, 2002. This will update your records to reflect that you have provided us with consent to transfer your records to VCOM. If you do not reply by this date, your customer records relating to the aforementioned products will be destroyed.
