HijackThis Log. Please HELP!

I installed and ran Spybot S&D. I am having problems with reset Adobe Acrobat Reader and media internet settings (possibly because I tried to fix my comp using hijackthis by myself at first) , spyware popup ads (even with newest popup blocker) and the most annoying of all, the About:blank homepage virus. Here is my log. Please help me!
