    Hi All

I am running TrueImageEnterpriseServer9.1 Build 3602 don't know if that is the latest build, as on the Acronis site it says no updates are available. On a Windows 2000 server on which I am running the acronis agent, the server is generating abnormal amounts of traffic is this a known problem with the agent, if so how would I correct it?

    Thanks
    Ken101

I have a similar issue with Group Server causing large amounts of traffic. I turned it off and the traffic stopped. Any word on why this is?

Any response? I have a good number of servers to manage and Group Server does ease that a bit. I would like to turn the service back on but would really like to know how to limit this traffic.

    Hello Urnotfast,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Corporate Disk Backup Software.

Please make sure you use the latest build of the respective version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Don't forget to update all installed components (including Acronis Agents) as they need to be the same build in order to interact properly.

Please notice that you can disable or decrease network traffic from Acronis Group Server by using a configuration option " Group Server packet sending". To access it please open Acronis True Image Management Console, connect to Acronis Group Server computer and click Tools->Options->Network.

If the issue persists, please describe your network structure in details. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
