Looking for a really good secondary scanner to go along with KIS that has excellent dectection rates like a-squared but minus the false positives & with no compatibility issues.

    Thoughts?

SUPERantispyware Free would be my suggestion, but if you want to have even better detection use 2 on-demand scanner, i wuld suggest SUPERantispyuware and Malwarebytes. with both of those you should be set for on-demand scanners.

IMO A-squared has too many false positives for the average user. To me it's a big deal when a scanner flags necessary windows and program files as malicous with the option to remove them resulting in all kinds of problems. How good a program can detect and remove malware is null when said program can be just as damaging if not more. That is why I was looking for an alternative to A-squared.

I would also go for SUPERANISPYWARE!!(SAS) Low on false positives, superlight even in realtime use, and if you decide to buy the PRO version you could get it for 39,95 with a lifetime subscription. Maybe the most important, it play nicely along kasperksy!!:thumb:
