A defect of NOD32?

    Because NOD32 from problems in to especially cancel the malware when the file is in use from another process?

    You are excused for your English ... :D

    All AV programs could have problems when a malicious code is active , especially enjected into legitimate Windows process (injected into explorer.exe or winlogon.exe) . Scanning in Safe Mode might help , otherwise NOD's on-demand scanner have a special function to kill active malware files by deleting them upon reboot .
