A CHX-I outbound solution! FINALLY!

I have pop-ups enabled and see constant Prevx1 monitoring of NetBIOS outbound activity from svchost, explorer, iexplore, kavsvc, spysweeper, etc. I've noticed when I install software that Prevx1 will cause an annoying drag.

Performance will suffer depending on the security apps installed - specifically when opening apps. I started with PreEmpt, McAfee (had to disable buffer overflow) and Kerio, and it ran with little impact. I now have PreEmpt, Kaspersky, SpySweeper and MS Firewall, and it seems much slower. Of course, I'm using the most aggressive security settings.

Regarding testing, many I ran were not detected as malicious because they were already in the database as safe.
