    UPDATE:

    I think I have found a workaround for anyone else that is interested in making a configuration "template" that they want to apply to multiple computers on different licenses:

    Set WSA up using a trial version. Save your settings. Done. Now you can import that configuration then put in the license second.

    i noticed keystroke issues on *.100 - noticed them on *.143 too. my laptop was just updated to *.146, and i haven't had it on long enough to notice any issues yet.

    I'm now on *.151 and there doesn't appear to be any issues at the moment. I did start by lowering protection levels back to defaults and work my way up again to the settings I had.
