64Bit Busiess Edition Errors on Server 2003

Hi,

Just installed V3.0.556.0 64bit on Server 2003 and am receiving the following errors in the System Logs.

Source: SideBySide
EventID: 34
Description: Component identity found in manifest does not match the identity of the component requested

Source: SideBySide
EventID: 58
Description: Syntax error in manifest or policy file "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC.MANIFEST" on line 5.

Source SidebySide
EventID: 59
Description: Generate Activation Context failed for C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\MFC80U.DLL. Reference error message: The manifest file contains one or more syntax errors.

Before I uninstall V3 and put 2.7 on does anyone have any ideas?
