Hi, Microsoft do not approve of modifications of the kernel and deliberately block these changes in x64. We are investigating many things including ways to protect WITHOUT breaking these guidelines. Software cannot wear the Designed for Windows XP logo for instance, when breaking these guidelines. We are looking at various options and may support x64 at some time. We will not rule it out completely.
