if i buy the 1 year 3 user license, could the codes be used on a single PC one after the other for 3 years?
i.e. can it be treated as 1 user 3 years license deal?

When you buy a 3PC - 1 year license they only give you ONE single license that can be activated in 3 different PC's so once you activate the license on one PC, the clock starts ticking for the license and since it's a single license for 3 PC's . . . well you know the answer.
