3rd, 4th & 5th generation i3,i5 & i7 on new laptops/desktops with W10?

    USA still the best. But barely.
    Afaik the newest icores are at 6th generation.

    So where are all these new laptops/desktops with 3rd, 4th & 5th generation i3,i5 & i7 coming from? Are they new old stock with W10 slapped on them? Or are they truly new laptops/desktops using new old stock i3, i5 & i7? Are they new laptops/desktops using still produced 3rd, 4th & 5th generation icores?
