No I have not done this. If anyone wants can send them the pics from here be my guest. I also do not have the malwares I test it, since the linux crash and all is gone.

I am sure 360 would like the malwares to test for them-selves and I do not have them any more.

Totally off-topic... Why people always have to come up with Comodo on almost any other thread?

Not sure to where to post this, if so please excuse

Qihoo 360 has 2 Android applications, 360 Security - Antivirus, clean and the other is 360 Mobile Safe, both seem to offer similar protection, could someone a bit more knowledgeable explain the difference between the two?

Right thank you for your response,

There seems to be a great deal of overlap between the two products. They should IMHO have a light and Professional version " Qihoo 360 mobile security - Light or Pro". Hopefully in the future they will make a greater distinction between the two, as to me at least, reading the info off the play store its a bit confusing.

    Anyway Regards.

Edit - After downloading the 2 Apps - 360 Security also offers SMS blocking, and the Power management in Mobile safe is very similar to Accelerator and Power saver in 360 Security. It also incorporates App Management features but without some features of mobile safe like backup.

Yes, as any other HIPS it protects the system but is not suitable for novice users.

I guess you could see 360 Safe as the mobile equivalent of an AV and 360 Mobile Safe as the equivalent of an IS. But I do agree that the naming convention is a bit confusing.

Since baidu didn't treat me the way I'd expected , I'm gonna give his brother a shot :D

    I'm impressed by 360IS features.

installed it, it looks great. I like it. I got a slight problem though

when I run a scan, if 360 finds threats, it doesn't show the malware name and its location. but when it removes the malware and copies a backup of infected file to quarantine, I can see what was removed in quarantine..!!
have any of you faced the same problem ?

    Regards,
    Amin

I ran one of my deadliest malware samples inside 360's sandbox. TBH at first I thought it would totally escape the 360's sandbox, well I admit I was wrong :D
I guess I'm gonna start using it for further analyses without fear of getting infected on my real machine :thumb:

most of all, 360 IS needs to put much more effort into improving the firewall capabilities and functionality. especially an operational 'app control' is absolutely necessary, of course if 360 IS really wants to include its name in the top dogs list. ;)

    Regards,
    Amin

then why you tell us when you test avs you said they are useless when in fact you do av testing

true indian you can't flip-flop in life its one way or the other and once you make that pick on something like this you don't have most of the time a way out and also every av isn't 100% foolproof because you have a habit to switch avs every time avast doesn't well and then you go back them a little while later and you need to know that avast is not gong to protect 100% of your pc

This has a lot more features than 360 Internet Security.

It would be awesome to have an English version, but there is a lot of good Chinese software that is only available in Chinese unfortunately. Two Chinese apps I use on all my phones have recently dropped English language support and new releases are only in Chinese, and there are some PC software for which the same has happened.

Yea like Kingsoft.I used to use that av & loved it.I would love to try their new Chinese version if it was in English.I just don't understand why all these Chinese companies can't use multi-lingual installers.I like 360,but it just uses too much memory for me.
