3.5.1 Restricted sites

    Hi all
    I am sorry if this has been answered I have searched the threads and can not find an anything.
    I have just installed the new Blaster version and I can not enable restricted sites for anything.
    I do not think I have spy sweeper I can not turn anything off, I have windows XP Pro and I tryed disableing all my securty but still no luck.

    I have XP Pro, SpyGuard, SBC Online Protection suite, Ad Aware SE,
    I did try before to include a restricted sites list from the SWI forum a while ago but again I could not get it to load on XP Pro no problem with Win 98.
