2012 essentials to 2013 complete??

    can anyone verify this? in another thread triple helix as well as someone else said the older essentials upgrades to complete? i have a client who asked me this today and i was unshure they have one new in the box and i wasnt shure if i could install complete or plus with it.

    The reason is I was talking to a few Webroot support members about this the past week and they said it was the best course of action if they were 2013 Boxes there would be no issues.

    okay but for sure no issue with the 2011 complete versions to go to 2013 complete correct??
