1/2 clients can get mirror updates

Hi

My Nod32 server creates a mirror nicely. One of 2 clients can access the updates, the other not. The failing pc throws up the "Enter Password" dialog. Nothing I can think of works in there.

The pc has access to the mirror directory, just not through Nod32.

The one that works runs CC as an application, the bad one runs CC as an NT service. This is the only difference I can see.

All machines run W2kPro with SP3.

Any suggestions what the problem is? tia for any help.
