    Hi to you all.
I have to install NOD32 in a "Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard Edition" environment.

Is there any suggestion or something I should be aware of?

I know that IMON does not have to be installed on a server (but I don't have already undestrand why), so it could be helpful to know if there are other tips that apply to the installation/configuration of NOD32 in SBS 2003.

Another question: do you suggest the purchasing of XMON for the use of "Microsoft Exchange Connector for POP3 Mailboxes"?

    Thank you.

NOD32 works fine on SBS2003, however you have to be aware of certain exclusions from AMON or any other resident file-level virus scanners, have a read through these knowledge base articles from M$ for specific information

IMON works great on a server the main use I see for it is if u have customers using the pop3 connector of SBS2003, that way those e-mails also get scanned...I think XMON would scan them anyway when they get deivered into the relevant exchange mail box BUT I'm not 100% sure of this.

ps: XMON is the best exchange scanner I have ever used...it is perfectly integrated with the rest of NOD32s interface and best fo all it catches viruses, unlike most of the competition :)

Well, it's not recommended to have IMON registered to the system on servers, or it might result in serious problems on certain systems (probably with a huge number of users, but we're not 100% sure yet if that's the pattern). XMON is used to scan all incoming / outgoing email on Exchange servers so it'd be the best solution in your case.

He doesn't work on a Sunday (as far as I know), doing it on his own time, which is REALLY impressive :D

    Cheers :D
