New Gateway Profile 5XL-C with no documentation included

I received the computer today. I didn't receive any documentation to speak of. No manual, no instructions on use of keyboard or anything, no inventory slips outlining what package I purchased and/or what support options I chose, no specification sheets with part numbers, etc. I feel document deficient. Are these documents to come as a separate mailing? This is the second system I've purchased from Gateway and the first one came with this needed documentation and manuals. Is this how new systems come nowadays?

 

You should contact them and tell them you did not receive the documentation with your new comp. I'm sure it was just accidentaly left out of the package.

I contacted them and asked them to send out what I should have gotten. I was starting to think that maybe companies were expecting the consumer to get all of the info online. I wouldn't have even had the part numbers to do so though. Gateway said they'd send what I needed so it's a wait and see thing now.
