clear tweak for xp

i just downloaded this from MG, its for xp, and adjusts your clear type to make it even better

Nice find, their other freeware program PlacesBar Tweaker looks good too. I'll have to play with these tonight, thanks!

 

Hi Ice. Yes, that's good for LCD monitors, and some CRT ones.

Also Xsetup [formerly XTeq SetUp] has that option in it and actually points to the ClearTweak site in it's FontSmoothing section, if you change regularly, as with Xsetup a lot of things take place after a reboot.

I just dl'd the new version [thanks for reminder ] and it did make a difference on my monitor [crt] albiet slight. It already was pretty good, but any improvement is always appreciated.

so you're saying you can do this with xsetup pro, well it has soooo many tweaks you probably never see half of them, i dont have it at the moment, but will probably end up getting it again

**EDIT** are you sure you downloaded the right clear tweak program?, your sample text looks like it could be suspect
