    Hi,

    i have only a pc with two SATA Maxtor drives.

    I had the problems that the boot cd hangs on boot loading process, but i solve this issue with the kernel options "acpi=off noapic".

    My problem is now, that True Image doesn't recognize both SATA devices.

    The output from boot process is like:

    $ /lib/modules/megaide.o
    .... [driver version] July 21, 2003 ...
    Error! Not supposed to call DummyUpdateDiskConfigInfo
    Error! Not supposed to call DummyUpdateDiskConfigInfo
    ... Maxtor SATA UDMA 5 ...

    Any hints to solve this problems?

    Thanks
    Alban

    Hi, Alban

    You do not say if they [HHD's] are Formatted or not, also are they in an Array?

    I too would like it fixed, the more Information we share the more help we can
    give each other.

    I am not picking on you, but so many people come sort their problems and
    do not share the results.

    Please share questions and answers,
