Eset GUI crashes (alot) and ekrn.exe occasionally

The EGUI.EXE has crashed several times, heres what event viewer says

This is for ekrn.exe as it just crashed whilst i was watching a programe using firefox /flashplayer streaming a tv programe, ??

Also this is a fresh install of win xpsp3 with hardly any software installed on it

Have you same problem with previous verisons e.g on 6.0.308 OR V5?

The EGUI.EXE has always been a little buggy, in V5 and earlier versions of V6 but if it did occasionally crash it would restart again automatically straight away, this latest issue it was crashing frequently for no apparent reason, and failed to restart by it's self,
In the end i uninstalled eset and also ran the manual uninstaller in safe mode, as windows was still reporting that eset may need updating , so it had not completely uninstalled,
But since i re installed eset no crashes so far
