    Lovely, a hard coded string. Not the first time this is occurring either, similar happened in the past

    Now that the thread I replied to is locked :ouch:

    Printer malware is nothing new, the wheel is not being re-invented.

    When one installs a new printing device, it would probably be a good thing to create a restore point first. Once installed, look for anything wanting to phone-home through your Firewall. Any new Windows Service and MSCONFIG entries as they may be extraneous.

    It would behoove Dell to have made a statement, this has not been forthcoming.
