Need Email account that works with Tor / multiple IP Addresses

I need to create an Email account anonymously by using Tor to hide my real IP address. The problem is Tor frequently changes its IP address. When services like gmail see that each time the account is logged into its always from completely different IP addresses from all over the world they suspend/shut the account due to "suspicious activity". Is there any way around this problem (maybe by changing settings in Tor?) or is there any other email service where this multiple IP thing wont cause a problem (and supports HTTPS)??
