Would Keyscrambler Personal's add on be a good addition with Firefox running alongside Webroot SecureAnywhere AV or does it already provide keylogger protection?

WSA AV will block known keyloggers but KeyScrambler will be a valid additional layer if you don't want to use WSA Essentials :)

There is no Identity Shield in the AV only version that's why Joe mentioned "Essentials" and or Complete versions!

ok i will put it more clear, if WSA Essential don`t detect a keylogger using detection methods and that keylogger enter to the computer will the Identity Shield able to Protect the customer passwor, numbers etc being stoledo_O, in others word Identity Shield can Protect the customer even Against Unknown Keyloggers that`s not even in their clou d databaseo_O
