Prevent Restore anti-recovery software (free and paid versions available)

    I did some tests on the free v3.17. It doesn't request admin rights, so it should be safe to use because it doesn't directly modify file structures. The vast majority of existing NTFS MFT deleted entries (but not all) were overwritten in Paranoid mode. When using the free space wipe, a quick inspection revealed that most (but not all) of the free space was overwritten with the space character. I assume the program doesn't overwrite cluster tips. Recuva Deep Scan didn't find any of the files that I had just deleted prior to wiping the free space with Prevent Restore.
