Is the ESET "Robot" Copyrighted?

    Is the ESET "Robot" copyrighted? I found an picture online, attached here. Seems to look like the ESET robot.

    There are a lot of Robots that look like that one, for example the new generation of Robots from the Movie I-Robot. I think their designers are just not that creative and original :p Anyway, Eset's one is different enough from the pictures you found.

    This robot resembles the ESET's robot but it is definitely different . Have a look at its face and the colors.

    When we heard about the ESET android launch, we were told he was designed by the same team that came up with the iRobot robot - so I am not sure if that counts for anything, but he was a big hit at a local Business Expo we attended - we had one made that was 6.5 feet tall as a cut-out - people had their photo taken with him..

    It's probably up the Legal at ESET to determine if the reported site is infringing on any copyright, though the images do look similar.

    The ESET robot saw that picture and said, "that impostor gets all the girls!".

    chances are, that robot isn't protected by ESET. It'll break down in a few days. :)
