They need to update their FAQ page as it says it works with "Windows 7 Beta 1."

I see it's been tested by West Coast Labs and PC Mag. Any upcoming tests we should know about?

User switching, user switching, user switching.

I should be able to log off and on 100 times to make music with the Windows welcome sound and Prevx should still load flawlessly. Unfortunately, this is not the case. This is the only security solution or only program rather that I've had issues with starting up.

This is just getting so frustrating.

Great job, I'm hoping to launch Firefox 4 per SafeOnline here, let me know when you will give full support IE9? It's too bad positioning Safeonline button (green/blue).

    Always continue to improve! :thumb:

If you click the browser tab, you can then click/drag the menu that comes down to reposition it in IE9 :)

I've PM'd you and posted in the other thread, but just to ensure that everyone knows we're on top of it, we've offered a remote support session to try to diagnose this closer :)

    Hello,

Exploited Bug, vendor notification (Prevx releases v 3.05.206 and old was affected).

ACCESS DENIED When Prevx tries to handle "csidb.csi" file, attributes changed to READ ONLY, exploited bug to turn Prevx around.

    Concept & tests:

Try to change "%AppData%\PrevxCSI\csidb.csi" file, attributes to READ ONLY.

1- If Prevx is already installed, install the Exploit and reboot your PC.
2- If Prevx is not installed, install the Exploit and try to install Prevx.

Tested successfully on: Windows (Xp, Vista and Seven) X86 and X64 platforms.

IMPORTANT: Vulnerability published only for educational purposes.

Bug Exploit notified and published (hoping to see it fixed as soon as possible).

    Regards.

Very nice find. I have not tested it, but if it works, the Prevx devs will be pleased by this report.

Thank you for the information :) We will have this fixed in the next release - in the future, we would prefer you notifying us before posting any information.

    Thank you!
