Google Chrome and SafeOnline don't play nicely?

  1. I have installed the latest Google Chrome 5.0.375.127 (stable), but it PSO doesn't play nicely with it.

I have to disable PSO, so that I can use Chrome.

For example: Websites don't load, email takes a while to load and such.

    Any advice?

I have PSO v 3.0.5.187 (just checked for updates, no updates avail. so I presume I'm running the latest version).

Does the SOL tab disappear as well?. This has been an ongoing issue that just gets ignored:(

We've seen this happen in some cases as well, but it is a graphical issue rather than a protection problem. Because of Chrome's translucent graphics, there are some window positioning/visibility problems when trying to hover over it (as the Prevx tab does). However, protection will be fully loaded in the background still.

As TH said, if anyone is experiencing problems, please send us a scan log and we should be able to correct it from there :)

  7. Yes, when I disable PSO, it does disappear.. as one would expect. However, I do just restart the browser, so I don't really notice.

As for the Scan log, I am unfortunately going to say that I have already uninstalled PSO, before checking back here. Sorry for any inconvience. :|
