"application failed to initialize" error 0x0000022

At the first time I thought it was the classic virus, that warning pop up every application i run, prom msn to iexplorer firefox, opera even task manager!! ecc ecc (would say 70% of application) but fortunately the error is quite random so if i try hard a lot i can make run even firefox (just to retreive information about this warning message)

But a can't find anything related to a virus only some forum thread related to AVG resident shield protection ad if it is disable the warning error stop to pop up, but i say: it's not my case I got nod32 v3 !!

But I try the same turning off nod32 realtime protection and incredibily the error message don't come out. If i turn on realtime protection the error pop up! So the problem is NOD32!!
Maybe happened after nod 32 automatic updates, how can i do?
