16 coolweb sites not being blocked

I have 16 coolweb sites that remain red and are not being blocked from the latest update.

I have downloaded a fresh SpywareBlaster and the results are the same.

I check the coolweb's to be blocked (in red). I enable protection and the 16 sites are unchecked and unblocked

Any suggestions?

It's most likely that your resident Anti-Spyware application is blocking Spyware Blaster from writing the registry entries. Some AS apps don't bother to check the D-Word Value of the registry entries being written and block writing regardless if it's being added to the restricted zone (which Spyware Blaster is trying to write [DWord value of 4]) or being added to your trusted zone [DWord Value of 2].

To determine if this is the case, temporarily disable your resident AS app and see if SB will enable the protection for those 16 items.

I turned off the AOL antispyware for a minute, then opened SB and voila! All restricted sites protection is instantly enabled. Thank you!
