ewido renewal is now 50% off, but I have a question

It says renewal is now 50% off instead of the 10% off. But I have a question. Say for example, my current license has 11 months left. If I renew now, will I receive a NEW Renewal license key that is good for 23 months? Or the Renewal key is good for the renewal period of 12 months only? Because it mentioned about the Renewal key.

I believe... the licence is good from the date of purchase. In your case, you'd be wasting your money.

Yes this is correct. I recommend to wait until the license is about to expire. The renewal license are a little bit longer valid than only 12 months, this is because of the time difference while you switch from the old to the new license period.

But this difference is not 11 months (it will be about 1 month)

So I recommend wait at least 10 months before renewing

I have renewed and a new key was issued which added one more year to my existing 11 months license period. So I have 1 year and 11 months now

 

I didn't know that. We thoght you will get only a new license which is good for only one year. Now we know better
