Bootable Disks fail to Burn

    Good Morning Team,

    I brought Acronis 9 Build 2,337 makes backups perfect to hard drive..
    Tried to create a recovery disk and I get Error Burning the bootable cd-r/cr-rw after 2seconds I have tried several makes of CD's but no success, any ideas please...

    OS Windows 2000 Pro, philipps cd/dvd burner...

    My friend had the exact same problem and we closed all running programs especially the ones in the system tray and then the CD burned OK. Not sure if it was anti-virus or easy cd creators drag to disc or whato_O

    Most likely Easy CD Creator's DragToDisk. I don't know why that software is configured to being started when Windows starts. It's a PITA. I've disable mine from starting.

    Morning Team,

    Well done I got rid of drag and drop from easy cd creator, and it all worked fine...
