some great Opera hacks

i've been using these userjs scripts for awhile, they're really good - similar to Firefox extensions.

you can have extra buttons too like the ones i have near the address bar, they are called bookmarklets, if you see one you like all you have to do is drag it to your toolbar

Thanks for the tip I will check it out. The problem with Opera was that it didn´t have any extensions, that was a major drawback, but this will hopefully improve the browsing experience, not that I use Opera a lot.

 

The only thing that I really want to be added to Opera is the Super Drag & Drop like we have in Maxthon

Until the new version of Maxthon and IE aren't finished, I will use Opera...

 

Wow, that´s quite shocking VaMPiRiC_CRoW, I did not know you were using Opera as your main browser. I stilll think Maxthon is the best, I only use FF and Opera once in while if I have problems (viewing websites) in IE. The only thing I like in FF are the more powerful extensions, but this is going to improved a lot in Maxthon v2. And when it comes to Opera, I really like the instant back/forware feature, I hope this will be implemented in IE7.

Btw, you can already drag and drop links in Opera, you need to add a line in one of the config files (search the Opera forum) however it will still not work smoothly I´m afraid. But anyway, I hope to see you at the Maxthon forum in the summer, World Cup 2006 is coming up with Portugal, Holland and no Greece.

 

Isn't shocking because I'm tired of the IE bugs and its poor quality to show webpages... IE was a lot of time without being updated and improved, so now we have to wait...

I really hope that we can see really improvements on the next version of IE, and can use Maxthon with it
