I take it you haven't used Bitdefender in the past at all, not even the online scanner?

    Hello Allison and WELCOME .
First of all , you have two antivirus programs installed now . Guess you know that . The easiest thing to try first is to go to the search area and search for anything associated with Bit Defender . Then you can reboot and see what happens . If that does not work for you , come back and tell us what you found , if anything , and we will go from there .

Take a peek in your program files, sometimes a system search will not detect a program folder in program files but Panda install program will see it and refuse install until it is removed. Panda does not play all that well with other av's.
