Log into MyWebroot. On the right hand side of the screen, there is a dropdown menu where you can select 'download'.

The new release is running great on all five of my systems and I have rolled it out to six customers as well. As has become customary, a seemless and well-running upgrade. :thumb:

Only thing I have noticed is that scan times are still quite long compared to previous versions. Will be keeping an eye on subsequent scans to see if it improves.

sometimes a subsequent reboot or 2 and scan times revert to usual. My typical runs from low 20's to as high as 39.

Good Afternoon ! WSA Essentials updated to the new version...running silent but deep. On another subject...using Mbam Pro with WSA...everything is harmonious between the two...would adding AppGuard...be prudent...or even necessary? Would as always appreciate any feedback. Sincerely...Securon

It's entirely up to the user as I have no problem with VoodooShield but would I say I need it I would say no.

Hi Securon, I would agree with TH. I looked at adding AppGuard a little while back...to protect the MBR, until I realised that WSA does the job...perhaps with not as much granular control but then again too much granularity can...in my book...give you technical 'indigestion'.;)

So I would suppose that it would depend on exactly what you are looking to cover with the addition of AppGuard?

    Regards

I was one step removed. I didn't even know there was an update. Incredible software-incredible everything.
