    Hello all,
We're starting a new initiative here at Prevx and are hoping that other vendors join as well. Our goal is to add rigor and systematic analysis into the browser security field, like has been established in the rest of the antimalware industry. At Prevx, we are extremely confident in our technology and we welcome the challenge of being put head-to-head with our competitors to show where their and our weaknesses may lie.

We've posted the challenge onto our blog, but if anyone has any other vendors to suggest, we're definitely up for adding them into the comparison! From what I've seen, many of the users here are in touch with the development teams of the vendors, so feel free to drop them a message to let them know and have them contact us if you think they'd like to be included.

Feel free to respond here or on our blog - we look forward to the discussion!

Whether this test comes to fruition or not, the emphasis by Prevx on empirical comparisons of the performance of products is a step in the right direction, benefiting the entire industry as well as users.

    Once again, congratulations to Prevx!

I would love to see this happen.
Edit: Also, I'm glad to see x64 included in this.

I think Online Armor should be in the test too.

    And sandboxie.

And what about Kaspersky and the other AVs? Or is that out of the test range?
