    Hello,
    I am going to buy TI for Linux for my Linux server. How does TI support LVM? I have installed a trial version TI on my Linux server, which has the /boot partition on /dev/sda1, and / on a LVM partition.
    However, I cannot see all these partitions when I starts the bakup process.
    DidI make something wrong during the installition?
    Has someone out there experience swith TI and bare-metal recovery of a LVM partition?
    Kind regards,
    Quan

    Hello Quan,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis Linux Server Disk Backup Software.

    Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

    Could you please do the following?

    - Download the Linux System Report utility;

    - Unpack the archive: # tar xvf sysinfo.tar

    - Make the script executable: # chmod +x sysinfo

    - Run the executable: # ./sysinfo

    - Collect the .tar file created.

    Please also provide us with the following information:

    - Make a screen shot of the list of hard drives available for backing up;

    - Describe the way you try to perform the backup process in detail.

    Then please submit a request for technical support using Ask a question before you purchase Acronis software link. Provide the collected files and information in your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. Mention in subject of your request that you want to contact Marian Fadeeva. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
