Eset nod32 4.2.58.3 problem or what?

I am currently having this problem while running firefox, it happens almost no matter what page I have up, is it just blocking an add or am I infected with something

also whenever it pops up, it opens another firefox without closing the old one

 

I'd suggest that you create a log from SysInspector and check it for suspicious files. Subsequently you can upload them to VirusTotal and, if detected also by other AVs, submit to ESET per the instructions here.

 

It is said that it's a result of Olmarik infection. Please use this ESET Olmarik remover first. Should there be any problems removing it, let us know.

 

i did the Olmarik remover, said win32/olmarik was not found. also, I am not sure how to create a log with sysinspector

ok, I created one, and uploaded it there, it found nothing, and I didnt see any suspicious files.
sometimes it shows up with a shorter url then that one, I will upload it when I see it again

 

I wonder why antivir software companies offers this tools instead of integrating them on main program.

 

Because malware authors can easily adapt to antivirus programs but they usually don't have enough resources to aim at every single removal tool.
