Thread titles editing possible ?

    Would be nice - sometimes I make a spelling mistake or have thought of a better description.

    The thread starter can edit the title of a thread for the first hour following posting. After that, it is locked except to moderators. Think of it like cement, once it hardens, it is set for good.

    vBulletin has the time limit feature to set and stablize the subject of a thread so that the other members who reply don't suddenly find themselves as having replied to a thread whose topic has been totally changed after they have added their posts. The replies need to count on some measure of stability regarding the threads purpose, and that purpose is usually tightly linked to the title.
