UPnP enabled in router is a wrong idea for anything and its far better to go via the manual route and keep some ports above 50,000 open for inbound traffic if needed.

No thanks, the browser should do the blocking IMO. What I really hate about the current Ad blocker in Opera, is that when you go into "blocking mode" all ads that are already blocked, will be loaded once again, this is totally ridiculous. o_O

Once again, I think the browser should be doing this. I think downloads should be handled in a separate window, now I sometimes close the "download tab" by mistake, and all downloads will be stopped.

No, no, no! I do not want to use the freaking keyboard, I just want to drag and drop. This KILLER feature was introduced in MyIE2/Maxthon like back in 2004, plus I have requested this feature in the Opera forum several times, but got no response.

Really? Can you tell me how the search from the addressbar?

How to close tabs by double click?

Thanks, I will check this out. ;)

Just type any query in the address bar and it will take you to the search result via Google.

That shouldn't be happening (never happened to me).
Type something in the addressbar and press Enter (10.5 only).
Type opera:config in the addressbar, press Enter, than in Quick Find box type close tab, press Enter and check "Doubleclick to Close Tab" option.

Opera 10.52 Snapshot Build 3333 is released.

    http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog/show.dml/

In this build, there is a possible fix for some network problems when using proxies. The same fix might improve on the "Waiting for DNS confirmation of cookie domain(s)" message some people are seeing (try clearing cookies if the problem persists). There is also an attempt at fixing a problem where a corrupted cache would cause problems when viewing e-mails and opening attachments, and a few site compatibility fixes as well.

For more changes since the previous Windows snapshot, in addition to the changelog below, see the changelogs for the Unix and Mac snapshots that have been released since 10.51 final for Windows.

Didn't expect them to work on a new build so fast, this is some serious development time the team are pushing.

They are really working day and night, sadly more on Windows and Mac version but even then, I am not complaining about Linux, at least the alpha deb version is rock stable here, minor glitches aside.

anyone know how to remove the "bookmark page" and "manage bookmarks" from every drop down for the bookmarks, i added a bookmarks button to the bar and while they are fine on the first drop down i would rather not have them show up on every pane that opens since i have 4 or 5 from the "more" at the bottom.

also is there a faster way to add bookmark then always using the bookmark button like in chrome how you can just click the icon next to the page in the browser bar?? thanks

Just right-click on the webpage and select "Bookmark Page" or do a Ctrl+D.

Not sure if you will be able to do that but if you want to customize your Opera, try visiting this site (http://operawiki.info/CustomButtons).

Do remember to back up your Opera files before you experiment.:p

What do you think I should do? I really want to use Opera, but it slows down things a lot when using Gmail and especially Orkut.
